Thanks Richard, I'll be up in B.C. and northern Idaho in August. If I have some extra time I'd love to come over and fly with you guys!

Your new avatar has to be in the top running, very cool! There are a bunch of us still playing hard but fewer and fewer posting their adventures, this thread is a good example of why.
Nice job, that's the stuff that shaped the kind of flying I enjoy the most and what drew me to this site.

That picture reminds me of the Alaska TV show a few years ago where Jim Tweto landed and made a big splash. I think it was the opposite direction if I recall and the TV crew paid extra to make it more impressive.

That's a good shot!
It looks like the left main will be out of the water before right, the drag from that is huge at that slow speed.

For those that like to splash, the bigger MT prop nickle leading edge might be a good idea. :D

Robw56 where abouts in BC are you going to be? Might have some play contacts for you depending on the area and if you are interested at all.
