That appears to be Los Tranches in CA. Should be in the RAF Airfield Guide.

Yes. It's Las Trancas. It's managed by the RAF and there's a mandatory briefing and agreement you can access on the RAF.org site. It's a spectacular spot, and a great example of how the RAF preserves and maintains access.
