Nice tail number! Not the first one I've seen like this-- the Canadian system invites this sort of creativity.

Re: Keeping Up With Crzyivan13-VIDEO: Maine Parts Delivery

Video trip report:

A bit of a different type of video for me. I hoped to do more narration while filming, but I am still getting comfortable with this in front of other people! Plus I had some audio issues with the external mic I was using. Still learning!

Very good editing and story line.

I finally got to see Mount Washington. The peak has torrential weather:

Hampton, New Hampshire. This PC-12 impressed the hell out of me. Not sure of the fuel load, but he had at least 6 pax on board. I tried to get to the end of the taxiway before he took off but didn't make it. The strip is 2100'. Damn.

Re: Keeping Up With Crzyivan13

Yep, PC-12 is pretty impressive. I have seen them operate of the Lake Hood gravel strip. I used to be based at Hampton, cool place, some great guys there.

I flew a PC-12 to do my high altitude endorsement. Amazing airplanes. Giant flaps. Dives at like a 45 degree angle without gaining speed when doing an emergency decent. I highly recommend you pick one up.

Here is one taking off from a beach in BC.
I think I want one. These guys take it to Spain in the winter.

Re: Keeping Up With Crzyivan13

I'll bet the beach take off dude doesn't want his insurance carrier to see that video. I was lucky enough to get a ride from Frederick MD to Oshkosh and back this year in a PC-12. It was incredible, can't wait to win the lottery so I can get one.

Re: Sunday Patchwork

I do so much commuting, 95% of my flying is just that. Commuting. I rarely have the time to get out and just fly around hitting the local strips.

The flying was in New Jersey and the Poconos, in Pennsylvania.

Today was "Sunday Patchwork"

As for the music, the good news is, there ain't no lyrics. =D>
