There are probably enough medically trained people on this site to deliver both in the field if needed. No need to cancel your trip.

Now that it's out, congrats Zane. You too Rob! My anniversary is on the 23rd, but instead of bailing I'm hoping to set a good example to the rest of you guys that keep bailing for family events and be there anyway! :) Details on the negotiation to follow!

Can anyone give me a rough idea as to what sort of tempretures can be expected at the fly in?

According to Wunderground.com the record high temperature for Yerington for 22-25 October is 78, record low is 30, the average high is in the mid 60s. Late October should be pretty nice out there!

Ok so i just translated that to queens english and just about died there and then......100f no worries, lovely tempretures......but 20f! Are you serious!!! Im going to need so many layers ill stuggle to move!

Thats much more comforting! By the way, do I take it by the fact you confirmed on the events page your definatly shooting over? Only ill start sussing out getting to rio vista if you are

I 100% PLAN on going. Of course, something could always happen that precludes me from being there. I'll try my very best not to have that happen. But just in case, you should have a plan B to fall back on. Let's hope it doesn't come to that though!

Given youll be 3 weeks from father hood let me assure you i have a plan B :wink: that wil be my original plan of just grab a car and drive up so I wont be stuck either way.

Ill start looking at how to get to you from lax and probably shot you an email in a week or so and get your thoughts

I am pretty sure I will not be able to make it this year because that is the same dates as the Copper State flyin in Arizona that I pretty much have to go to. :cry:
