This will also depend on whether you're flying a tailwheel or nosewheel airplane, among a hundred other things already mentioned in this thread.
Since drag is directly linked to the square of airspeed (rather than a 1 to 1 ratio), it seems to me that the aerodynamic braking will start to become less effective very quickly as you slow down even a little. So I'd guess that the "Crossover" point (where wheel brakes start to be more important than air brakes) will happen faster than one third of the landing roll. But that is of course a completely biased opinion from someone in the wheel brake effectiveness business...
