Where did you fly today?

Went to school in the Shenandoah valley. Have flown from FL to Lynchburg a couple of times. If you take the valley from Roanoke through Front Royal you will not be disappointed. Truly God's country.

Not today but a couple of weeks ago.

Landed at a buddy’s farm on the Yorkshire “Wolds”…imagine an area of gently rolling chalk hills with these shallow, narrow valleys here and there.

Landed in 3 different places, 2 open fields on the top of the hills, then in one grassy valley.

Not often we get to do this stuff here in the UK - great to share it with a friend in his kitfox too.

Super cool.

Seems like folks are out enjoying the spring! Really enjoyed those last few posts. Got out for a fun loop with Mrs Burns the other evening. Headed East, then South, then back home.

Looking North at NY’s high peaks region. Schroon Lake airport in the foreground 4B7.

Pharaoh Mt. in the Pharoh Lakes Wilderness Area a bit southeast of us.

The town of Ticonderoga. Lake George drains into Lake Champlain here via the La Chute river. Lake George on the right. Champlain on the left. They eventually flow into the St Lawrence .

Hazy, smokey day on the Whitefish chain. Lots of pollen on the water turning the shores green.
