2011 BCP Fly-In Dates???

Have the dates for 2011 been finalized yet? If so, I'll forward along to the Bearhawk Calendar publisher.

I see the Super Cub Fly-In is June 16, 17, 18, 19 2011 so is BCP the weekend after? That would be June24th, 25th, and 26th. :D

Thanks

Women!

Kidding aside, there is no tickets sold to the potluck, just bring a side if you can. Some bring smoked Salmon and and others bring a bag of chips. All are welcome and there's always food left over.

Good question. Who did it last year? Whee? Piperpainter?

I posted the dates on the Facebook page as June 24-26. It would be great if someone could lock it in. I'm afraid to get too involved with the fly-in planning because I fear liability. But if you guys get on it, it's just an informal meetup organized by members.

Re: 2011 BCP Fly-In Dates???

Piperpainter did I think...or was it Whee? For some reason, I was thinking that it had been taken care of. Maybe it was just mentioned at last years potluck. If not, I could make a call. What do we need to make the reservation? We do need to get it locked in.

You'll move up the list if we have to turn people away due to capacity. :)

Re: 2011 BCP Fly-In Dates???

Just confirmed the dates with Gary at Idaho Dept of Aeronautics, and it's official for June 24, 25, 26, at Johnson Creek. Brian (aka Piperpainter) is the official contact for the group. Gary said he will send confirmation to you (Brian) in the next day or two.
