I was going back through your pictures and noticed the cross-over exhaust. This is a really nice setup. It should add power to your O-360 since that engine fires both cylinders on one side of the block and then both cylinders on the other side. In straight exhaust systems that means two exhaust pulses chase each other down to the muffler. With the cross-over, back pressure in the exhaust is reduced because the second exhaust pulse goes to the other muffler. I LIKE IT! Was this system made by Custom Aircraft Parts in El Cahon?

Looking just about ready to go. You must be chomping at the bit. Beautiful.
I had a Bearhawk Patrol 90% complete lined up to buy a week ago and got a text at 5:00 AM on buy day that seller changed his mind. I nearly cried…….

The exhaust is a Vertterman. It is supposed to create an additional 10HP
