Re: CO Front Range Meet & Greet/Fly-in - KGXY / 9:30 / 1/19/

I am planning to depart wray between 7:30 or 8:00. If any body else is coming from the east, ill listen on 123.45. Maybe we can link up. My wife says she is coming along, but she is a fair weather ONLY flyer.

Does any body have any cool landing spots from gxy on east? I would like to do a little back country on the way home.

It was very good to see everyone today! Feels so good to be flying again (even though it's a nose dragging spam can  )

Yeah, good times. I regret I didn't get to speak to everybody again. That just means we need more gatherings.

Agree, I met some new faces and still didn't get to everyone before I ran out of time.

That was a wonderful day! I believe we had a few dozen planes and around 40 people. Thanks Cary for all the help.

It was great to see everyone, we'll have to do it again soon.

So jealous. And the pictures of snow on the ground don't help either. Every time there is snow, I get deployed. Cmon!

No worries, HC. Just means we'll have to have another meet up... The Citabria is a nice little rent-a-plane out of Longmont. Some day I'll have my own. [-o<

Looks like a great turn out to a cool place! In the picture of the diner, I can see the booth I reviewed the logs to my new plane 3 weeks ago. It was great to see an airport so alive with GA.
