Ok, I'm gonna lock this now as it's kinda diverging into something unhealthy. Bottom line, don't use Hanselman's images here and everyone stays happy. Galen is a good guy, great contributor to backcountry flying in general, but might have been something sour in his beer that day. Regardless I don't tolerate legal threats from anyone and I don't want this scenario to reoccur, hence the thread.
