Made an attempt from Corvallis this am and couldn't get over the pass to Bend. I'll try again tomorrow morning.

Heading to Gooding for fuel and lunch. Will either be at Gooding or Challis waiting on better wx for jc.

Tried Jackpot. Xwind too strong. On to Gooding. We have been flying since 5 am mdt and ready for r&r. Maybe jc tomorrow?

Boise is crap but it's blowing through to the east.

Tried to get thru to McCall from cottonwood around 11 o'clock . Got with in 5 miles 0 visability at 11 thousand ft. 170s are not great ifr planes. Gave up went to Nampa. Hope to see Robs primo camp spot tomorrow.

Clear to garden valley. Clogged up north of that.

this is why I plan my Idaho trip for early July to mid July....hope you all get there but fly safe and remember no fly in is so important to take a chance.....

Friday, Sat., and even Sunday will be PERFECT WX, high pressure is here!
