Any fun and interesting destinations in the Northeast part of the states?
Any airports with great burgers or food in the Northeast?
Just looking for fun airports to fly to that are within a 2 hour flight of Orange County, NY.
Thanks!

I also like KEEN where The Flight Deck has great food and an inviting terrace with runway and mountain views.

The Gettysburg Battlefield and York Harley Davidson Plant are both a 20 minute drive from my place. I plan to use my guest house for pilots who want to see this area. The nightly rent will be very affordable. It will be an inexpensive pilot and family get a way.

I have been there many times in the years past but it has been closed for several years now but the RAF was trying to get it opened again but have not heard anything lately.

According to those novels, there's at least one airstrip on the Vineyard.
Is that a good place to fly in to?
From what I've heard, it sounds like Cape Cod and MV are both mobbed with tourists in the summertime.
