Re: What's on your current playlist?

I'm glad Kevin chimed in with Pantera. I was starting to think no one liked the high energy stuff!!

Right now I've got Slayers new album on an endless loop when I'm in the shop "bending metal" as Kevin said

30 years and still going strong.....can't be all bad

Gotta have a bit of variety to this eclectic thread

I'm up late working on a take-home exam. Blah.

Change of playlist. Now I've got the Steeldrivers driving along in the background. Just saw these guys play at the Ryman two weeks ago:

A definite second for Joe Bonamassa. If you like guitar work or Blues, this guy is phenomenal. I got his "Live at Radio City" for my birthday. It comes with a DVD of the show that's a must watch. Have since bought "Muddy Wolf at Red Rocks (Live)" and there will be more. He won Best Blues Album of 2014 with "Different Shades of Blue."

If you like Nightmares on Wax you should give these a listen:

MorCheeba
Thievery Corporation
Tosca

Saw John Mayer play in Jerry's place at a "Dead and Company" show in October. I have a new-found respect for him.

"Giant Panda Guerrilla Dub Squad" and "Slightly Stoopid" are worth a listen if your tastes run toward Reggae.

Slowhawk, one of the best voices in the Western music scene is moving her brood to your neck of the woods in Escalante. Shortfielder met us in Eureka NV last year to see her perform, and it was great.

I've been playing a string of Bowie albums this morning. Currently on Low. Next up is Station to Station.
