Ref. the photos above by Emflys: You guys really suck!!....

...and Noooo!... I don't want to be there... Really...

...and... PiperPainter: does your Mom know you are doing that????

...meanwhile... I'm sitting here with a hammer in my hand. Maybe I should use it on myself... but don't worry about me... just go "disturb" some more remote strips in Idaho... (Sigh...)

You guys rock on. :D

Re: 2012 Annual Summer Fly-in at Johnson Creek, ID

Launching in the morning...as early as we can herd the kids there. Good news! My regular ride is back in service and we will be taking it! I'm stoked! Also have a Spot link:

http://share.findmespot.com/shared/faces/viewspots.jsp?glId=0nxH4etY3Kd1IZB2j3PWBFCbNRJMOqdgW

Hoping to be there by 11am or earlier. We probably will be stopping in GNG for fuel, then up over SC, Stanley, Bruce Meadows, Landmark, and then JC.

Great pics guys! See you in the morning! If you happen to see this Rob, let me know if Joey took the site you had your gear in. Unfortunately all I have to offer is birthday cake and a child or two for the spot!

Re: 2012 Annual Summer Fly-in at Johnson Creek, ID

It's 1AM in the morning and I just finished cooking a huge batch of Swedish meatballs (gotta represent as a Swede) as well as some tasty Libanese lentil salad (not for vampires - mad amounts of garlic) for the potluck. Trunk is full of beer, the oil is changed, the nitrogen in the left strut topped off, the tires pumped and she's reeling to go! Aiming to get in late afternoon, see you there! [-o<

In Pocatello later than planned, winds are up pretty good. Wondering if anybody has a prep.

Hey, you're not the only Swede on here. Oregon180 is from the homeland as well.

Re: 2012 Annual Summer Fly-in at Johnson Creek, ID

Windy as hell here outside of Poky, has been since dawn at my elevation. Tomorrow AM, fingers crossed.

I'd buy 6 bottles of hot sauce and a tire repair kit, have cash....seriously, I'm hooked on the stuff (and out of it)!

Thanks for the reminder! Once Wup is back I need to put in an order for hot sauce. I've been out for a few months.
