well the video clearly shows the spot landing was won by Gary, "SHortfielder" in his 180.... pretty good considering he was up against cubs and all those ultralights. And he makes a mean batch of margaritas....but then we "Jolers" stick together.... =D>

In reference to the comments above about not wanting to attract the feds attention, I figured that was the reason for the lack of photos. :D Thanks for the video John. I wish we would have made it. Next year.

You guys have more uses for hay bales then most others, around here they just seem to be fed to cattle. #-o

As I am a day or so away from giving a local rancher his annual ride, as soon as he gets the last of the bales outa the way, (we call it "looking for cattle"), I will pass these new uses for bales along to him. Great shot!

I just tried to show a fellow wingnut the vimeo video but it says it has been deleted. Am I doing something wrong?

We were excited to heli in Silverton — until we saw the bird. Looking like something your stoner uncle built in the garage out of four Meccano sets, a fish tank, and an AMC Pacer, this helicopter seats a pilot plus two only, making it a tricky vehicle, logistics-wise, when your group has 8 people in it.
