I'd just hate to send this prop back to Lonnie for a request for a couple hundred more R's, wait several months, and then find it didn't improve the already great performance! Agreed, AV8, seems like more would be better, don't know anything about the crankcase deal, my belly stays pretty clean, the Swiss muffler helps. I guess I'm going to quit while I think I'm ahead...... but if I order another prop from Lonnie, (for a backup/spare when things go wrong ) as I have been threatening for several months (but I keep spending my spare cash on E bikes) I would try to get him to tweak it a bit for more R's. But I'm pretty happy as is.

Lonnie promised me a 3 week turnaround for adjustments.

A few numbers from a morning cruise, no hurry, just enjoying the day and the wild life spotted: all at 6,000' asl temp 55 degrees
4450 rpm 2.8 GPM 70. Ind.
5000. 4.1. 80
3810. 2.3. 53. One notch flaps,. With 37 gallons max capacity this setting gives me about a 15 hr duration. Might have to try that this solstice!
