Easy to self-isolate out here - only other aircraft we saw in four hours flying was an Erickson 'Crane working a gully at the south end of Nootka. Checked out Calvin Falls and Vargas while we were at it.

I noticed what seemed to be unusually heavy RV traffic, all northbound.

That is common in the summer, just seemed a tad early in the year yet for the numbers I saw. Most had ATV's, boats, etc., also common. I guess they, like the spring breakers in Florida, didn't get the memo to limit exposure to others? Who knows, maybe they were bugging out to the middle of nowhere.

My guess would be wintering Canadians, heading home from southern US/Mexico a tad early due to the whole virus thing, cancellation of travel insurance, risk of poverty from tangling with the health system out of country. Some vigilantes are blockading roads here to keep "outsiders" out, might become more widespread.
