That's my wing removal helper standing there (oldest daughter).

Merlin GT. Kind of an Avid Flyer derivative. There aren't many around. Mine has a Rotax 912 and I bought it used / already flying about 3 years ago

Re: Show us your HANGAR!

This is our 55x80 heated hangar in Sandpoint with full-width hydro-swing doors on each end. Still very early in the Man-Cave conversion stages, but at least the toys are mostly in place (34ft Sea Ray 340 arrives this week!). Plans are to add office space and couches/easy chairs with some carpet and a fridge (Briefing/Training Area ;-) and tools/work benches on the opposite side of the bathroom.

Yeah... have you priced out an erection lately? They're nearly 30-40% of the pole barn cost.

A question that gives new meaning to the term "BCP member".

Mate, there are plenty of websites out there that can sort out your erection for as little as a dollar a month!

I'd post a pix of my hangar but I'm afraid my airport Mgr might see it and make me take everything out of it but the airplane... #-o

That brings back fond memories. My son and I converted such a pile of materials into my present hangar. A back hoe was a big help. I'm now in the process of building a 42 X 34 timber frame hangar for my wife and have just about got it whipped.

LOL. My hangar building has some things that wouldn't go over well on a public airport, like a wine tasting and sales room for my commercial winery.
