Re: Show us your HANGAR!

Here's my Maule in a hangar, but it isn't mine. I did like the company I was keeping here though. Even though by bird didn't take jet fuel, the other residents accepted me here for a few nights when storms came along.

Here are 2 shots of the hangar my Maule stays in when I'm "home". The other aircraft were an RV4 and a 180 Hp Comanche. The RV-4 was replaced with a Murphy Super Rebel recently.

Three days work by a good 4-man crew. I'd only slow them down so I supervise at a distance. lol

Re: Show us your HANGAR!

Love the 3 Tri-Pacers pic, I guess that is an advantage with the stubby wings... i doubt you could do that with three 172s.

coondawg i bet you are getting excited, looks like it is coming along.

Re: Show us your HANGAR!

Yes, very excited. :D Thanks, guys. Looking forward to warm, summer evenings enjoying a flight over the countryside around my place, and a nice, heated space only a short walk from the house to tinker on my 180J when old-man winter sets in again.

I can hardly wait to move my 180J (1,000 hrs TT) to the new hangar.

Re: Show us your HANGAR!

Some great looking hangars there guys. And since I got my ticket in a 7GCBC they'll always have a place in my heart. 8)
Here's a couple shots out the back window of my Hangar.

Midnight Sun behind some clouds. OK, only the 11pm sun, but close enough. ;)

Re: Show us your HANGAR!

Here's anther interior shot... my hangar at the Airpark where I live in Texas. I just rigged the rudder on my 180, waiting on parts to replace the Tail Gear. Meanwhile I'm doing an annual on the T-6 in the back. No turntables, never very much snow.... but we do get hot and a fair amount of wind, not all of it down the runway.

I'll be moving to my own space here in the next month or two. I'll update once I get the new home all set up....maybe the Stinson will have wings on it then
