Or if you want an earlier start come to Pacific City April 12-13. Usually just 1 airplane but room for more. The wx is going to be great!!!! Sunday forecast is 68° Blue tarps are good but we opted for a house.

I just talk to Linda at Lucas Lodge. We are on for June 13-15. She said tent camping is absolutely fine. There's places with picnic tables or you can camp by the river and she's going to supply us with all the firewood we need for our evening campfires. The jet boat will leave at about 930 in the morning and return to the lodge about 130 in the afternoon. That should be about $80 per person. The more the merrier. Just remember the Lucas airstrip is no joke it's the real deal. No go around in the afternoon winds can be a bit tricky. Cheers ...Rob

The season pre opener is going on now in Pacific City. Terry, Pam. Brent, Carla are here. We went to The Mexican restaurant last night.
Then sat around the camp fire till the wee hours. Adult beverages were had by all. One double dog dare challenge was met. Fun fun fun.

Niccole and I are in for Lucas assuming we can make it work with rental aircraft. We may also do Powers if folks are still planning on that too.

It will be good to see you guys, it has been to long. I kinda have a feeling the rental people will put the k-bosh on Lucas. Don't ask and buy renter insurance.

Right now we have 5 planes and 8 people. The perfect size is 20-25.

Remember Lucas strip is the real deal, no joke, no go around. After noon wind can be tricky. 1600' up hill, what could possibly go wrong?
