I've been to Nebraska three times and every time I saw it, it was green. I never knew it had a brown color phase. Wow, you learn something knew every day!hicountry wrote:Had a beautiful evening so I went up for a fly. Met Ed & Matt over Potter way and did a little formation flying.

We've had warm weather, including 4 straight days of record temperatures--averaging about 40 degrees F above normal--flew to Hampton NH grass field for lunch and a bike ride on the Atlantic shore. We usually play on the lake instead of the river, but tourists are in town and he had gotten notified of a 911 call about an airplane crashing in the lake earlier that day. It is a small county and 911 dispatch asks if it is a blue and white plane with the prop on the roof. If they answer yes, they tell the caller everything is ok. It helps that he has given every fireman and half the county cops rides.
