Re: Anyone interested in a fall flyin at Caveman Ranch???

Rod called me yesterday and said someone brought down a bunch(30) of Caveman/Flintstone type costumes, and wondered what folks thought about a costume type party(Cavefest theme) after the dinner Sat. Night.
If you want to do it, you are welcome to use his stuff of if you have a design type costume you like, go for it.

I'm still hoping some folks will bring there instruments and have a little campfire entertainment over the weekend.

Dancin girls would be cool too :D
Maybe you Nevada guys could bring some entertainment from Vegas or Mina =D>

Unfortunately Gary, I can't go due to work and a lack of fuel in the tanks. Stinks too because this one sounds like a heck of a party. Have fun and take lots of pics, looks like the weather is darn near perfect!

Next one I'll make sure Nate, Katie and I are there. :)

Sincerely,
The Stinson Boys

You guys gotta show up. You are the photographer and desert terrorists. Whadya do, get married and spend all your flyin money on rings and shit? Ain'tcha got a credit card? Maybe we can take up
a collection for ya. I'll throw in a $50 and some margs.

Pops, sorry you and Theresa won't be able to make it either. Maybe not Austin, but better than most.

I'd say pilots choice on flying, as always. Personally, I'm fine with the wx. Not the best, but I'm bettin we will be able to fly. They are calling for skattered showers, which means maybe some rain, maybe not. Haven't been havin any winds. Shouldn't be anything you can't fly around????? Got a full moon commin.

We've got the following weekend as an alternative, but the days are getting shorter and cooler.
We can take a vote if ya want, but I just as soon take my chances. But I don't have far to go. We got a nice lodge there to hang out in if does get shitty.

Re: Anyone interested in a fall flyin at Caveman Ranch???

LOL, thanks guys, but I don't see this one being in the cards. Sometimes working weekends is a real pain in the ass. Now Thur/Fri I have a chance of swinging (15% chance perhaps ).

Another time when I can bring the wife and make a weekend of it. It get's old leaving halfway through everything. I'm hoping Caveman Ranch and scenic SE Utah isn't going anywhere for a while.

Re: Anyone interested in a fall flyin at Caveman Ranch???

I'm waiting for weather to let me out of here.. I was going to get out yesterday but denied. Today 400' overcast and rain. Maybe tomorrow, forecast looks pretty good. I like the local wx in Moab right now, but that will probably change as soon as we get there.
