Looks like a really low tide. The swing was over 9' feet for Pacific City.

Ho Lee fuk what a day!!!!

Me and my boy are going to Johnson Creek todat. Going to try and put our tent up in one of the premo camp sites for the supercup fly in. I'll let you know if I get a great site. Happy to share with and of my friends.

Also some of the Oregon guys are there now. They didn't want to do the big group thing. So we get a one night party.

Went to my place in Madras to pay my AP and check my house. 1:1 showed up as I was preparing to leave so we BSed awhile. Kelly's son started playing with the Madras airport security official. He carries a mac10 and wares a camouflage helmet. Also rides a bike and directs traffic. Priceless!

We stopped in to Madras last Friday and Rob and Tracy took care of us, great people!

At Pacific City till Friday with my wife. If anyone wants to stop by please do. We have an open bedroom for Wednesday or Thursday if you want to stay over. First one to ask gets it.

What a great day at the beach! It was good to see you and Lisa. Thanks again for breakfast and hauling us around in the Jeep.

I just checked Skyvector & see that even the normally cool coast is cooking hot with this heat wave we have going on in the PNW.
Current temps (530pm):
Quillayute KUIL @ 97 degrees
Hoquiam KHQM @ 92
Astoria KOST @ 87
Tillamook KTMK @ 96
Newport's a cool 70 though.
What was it today at Pacific City?

The big AOPA fly-in is this weekend at Bremerton KPWT, right now it's about 94 on the ramp there.
I thought about going tomorrow but it sounds like it'll be just as hot as today so I'm gonna pass.

Hey Eric. We flew to lunch in Newport on Thursday. It was 58° on the ground. At 2700 MSL it was 80° Friday it was 80° when I left at 4PM.
Crazy nice.
